The Maryland Board of Elections needed to develop a PSA to get the message out about mail-in ballots. For this project, I wanted to maximize the creativity of how the message was delivered to make it impactful, memorable, and informative. We executed this PSA on a super quick timeline with some stop motion and simple-to-read animations.
