the sketches

I did a majority of these pieces in transit to different locations, always tucked away somewhere in an airport. They always provided me an opportunity to just simply draw without thinking and let ideas flow out of my head naturally in the quite solace of an airport or back seat of
a car.

I usually use an Ipad pro + apple pencil paired with Amaziograph. Once I get a sketch to where I like in on the iPad, ill port it over to Adobe Photoshop and start to block in colors using Adobe Colors. Then to wrap it all up throw some TrueGrit (action)(brushes) to help get rid of any line jitter from the pencil and give the line work a more organic look.
